Noble Metal Elements, or NMEs are replacement elements for use in Senowise Lab noble metal assemblies. Senowise also make NMEs that are compatible with assemblies made by other manufacturers. As a standard, all of our elements are supplied with alumina insulators rated to 3100°F (1700°C).
Noble Metal Elements (Platinum & Rhodium) may be used as a stand-alone thermocouple, or as a replaceable component of a Noble Metal Assembly. Typically supplied in Types S, R, or B, NME’s are reliable thermocouples for high-heat applications.
